If the Simple Sitemap Pro plugin has been installed, creating a sitemap is easy.
Create a page to hold the sitemap
Add Simple Sitemap blocks to the page
Publish
Excluding Pages from Sitemap
Go to the site map page and select the Simple Sitemap block in list view. You will see on the right side the block settings. Look for the box labeled exclude post IDs from sitemap.
Here you will enter the IDs in a comma separated list for pages you DO NOT want in the visual sitemap.
Finding the ID
Visit Pages > All Pages in the WP admin menu. You might see a column labeled ID.
If you don’t see the ID column, find the page you want the ID for and hover over the title. If you look at the url in the bottom left corner of your screen, it will look something like the image here.
This is your ID : 1621 the number you see in that URL is the ID you want.
