In most cases, this will be done by the developer but I’ve provided instruction here for reference.

Gravity Forms is required for this plugin to work.

Before installing the plugin:

• Create a form with a textarea that allows dynamic population. (param: quote_content)
• Create a page and insert form. Form must be inside a group with ID quote-form
• Add a button on product pages with class add-to-cart
• OPTIONAL – any additional get a quote buttons should not link to anything and have class get-quote added

Now, install and activate the plugin. That’s it. All done!
